Two teens die in motorbike crash in Cardiff resulting in riots

The present story was confirmed by his aunt speaking outside the inquest - so clearly it was the Police wot done it.

Why can't these people take responsibility for their own actions? Buying a 15 yo an illegal scooter and allowing him to rise 2 up on a machine designed for the rider only and this is what you end up with - but no we live in a society where big boned folk wanna sue Maccy Dee's for selling shit food and BAT for selling fags to them.

Fact is these people bear the majority of the responsibility for these lads deaths by buying him that scooter
 
Latest is that the 2 Police Officers in the van that was following the 2 kids have been served gross misconduct notices. (That means that there will be an investigation, not that they are automatically guilty). More to come no doubt. but this just seems to give the collection of scrotes and knobheads who are crying 'heavy handed policing' some idea that they may be right. I despair.

Meanwhile the coppers will be stressed to fuck and no doubt hung out to dry and then the compo claims will come.
 
Walking home along a cycle/footpath between Morecambe and Lancaster last week I was knocked flying by 2 scrotes (looked like school leavers) riding a mountain bike with the adapter motor thing on it. One was on the seat and the other on the cross bar. I was on the pedestrian side and just minding my own business but they pointed the bike right at me and knocked me on my arse then started kicking me! Called me “fucking old rat” (I’m 53!!!). My crime was not jumping into the hedgerow out of their way and the fact they weren’t on the cycle side meant nothing to them.
They just don’t give a tiny fuck about anyone or the consequences of their actions. I’m now too scared to walk along that path. The police have said they’re going to be putting security cameras up but they won’t be constantly monitored.
Never thought I’d be scared to walk about in daylight….
