There has been some truely fucking unbelievable over reactions but that’s a cracker.

There is not a manager/DOF in the history of the game that gets all transfer's right.

But the way this little fella has built this club up from top to bottom, changed our philosophy and we are at the stage where the amount of talent from bottom to top is incredible.

The Akanji transfer sums up this little fella 14m for a player 99% of us on here never knew who he was, he has gone onto be one of the best and most consistent defenders in Europe.

Add on the likes of Jesus, Zinchenko, Silvio, Alvarez etc etc and the amount of young kids he has brought to this club that again 99% on here don't even know about, yet will become mainstays of this club for the next decade.

Anyone slagging Txiki should be ashamed , cunts, you utter and total cunts.

He's been brilliant for our club but the last few transfer windows have been dire.
Whether that's him falling asleep at the wheel or the entire club getting complacent ,i have no idea.

We will possibly know the reason why we did not spend in the summer in the next couple of weeks, if Pep does not sign up in this break he could well be off and the club have waited until the new man is in place and give him a suitcase of cash to bring in players he and the new DOF want.

Mixture of Pep and Txiki for the current squad. You can’t argue that the midfield situation has been completely fumbled.

The philosophy and standing of the club is Tixki for me, the scouting network we have in place now at all levels is superb and down to him with great input from Marwood.

Seamless is holytic bullshit, we maybe the best run club but there will be a period when things change, maybe go wrong or have difficult periods, that's just how it goes.

Pep is at the moment the very best, just like Fergusson, Paisley etc were but there will come a day when that changes and someone will come into the game and change the way people see and play it.

Next summer 3 or 4 top signings could put us back at the top, but also another couple of bad signings could change all that.

Football goes in cycles we just need to work incredibly hard to maintain ours for a bit longer.
