Ings is a decent player but is he better than what we have? I say no. If Ronaldo was on that list, then we should have signed him. If he wasn’t, then we are right to pass and the fact he has chucked his toys out of the pram at Juve isn’t relevant. My hope now is that somebody else who was on that striker list might still arrive.
