I wouldn't say Sterling, Gundogan and Stones are potential. They can improve for sure but they are also first team players and internationals.Brilliant Job, even his own fucking Mother wouldn't go that far. Spent 400m net and we have KDB and an aging Diniho, the rest are still all potential, all this after 4 years.
Also under his watch not one youth player is now established as a first team player because he would rather buy shite to block their progression.
Same with Gabriel Jesus.
Without doubt we would be in a better position with him and the people around him at the time. We had FFP to deal with but we still have spent vast amounts in spite of that with very little to show for it. I think fans have a right to be bitterly disappointed with how things have gone for the past 2 1/2 years. We thought after 2012 we would really kick on ,but those great players that were bought in the first few years of the takeover are still hugely relied upon,with only really Fernandinho being the real exception. KDB is also top quality but doesn't have the same influence on games when things are not going according to plan.Garry Cook was the fucking man. Had he not left we would've built an awesome team!

Yep.

Come on, 3 of the 4 were signed in the last window and have only played a handful of games for us. Gundogan has the pedigree but there is a question mark about him staying fit.
Raheem is still quite raw and needs to work on his decision making, he wasn't exactly a bargain at over 40m.
Lastly, international football isn't a good barometer. You only have to look to the swamp, Jones, Smalling and Rooney manage to play regularly when fit.

Thats why I said under 18, most older than 18 would have joined 7 or 8 years ago, before Txiki arrived, Our youth recruitment under him should bear fruit over the next few years.Not ONE first team regular has come through during his 4 years. Kelechi is the closest.
Chelsea had been sweeping all before then at youth level before we came along, what do they have to show for it? Means nowt unless it starts to bear fruit.
