none - that's my point. I don't expect the heavyweight boxing champion of the world to be good at anything else. If he also writes great poetry and helps oap's cross the road great, but just hitting folk hard in the ring is fine. Horses for courses and all that.
"I look forward to his inevitable spanking the first time he faces somebody with a modicum of boxing ability who isn't 5 years past when they should have hung up their gloves."
I will assume you started foaming at the mouth after the word "ability" and the bolded text escaped your notice, Klitschko was well past when he should have called it quits and hasn't had a credible opponent since 2011. He has also been knocking over no hopers for the better part of a decade before that.
The heavyweight division is a joke and Fury being champ is about as much of an achievement as being the kid who eats the least amount of paste in a special needs class, the fat, talentless ****.
Religion is an idea. Ideas are quite free to be criticised. Homosexuality is a natural fact that people have no control over. It's not difficult. Things you can choose = fair game. Things you can't choose = off limits. Slagging off a race = bigoted. Slagging off a political viewpoint = perfectly fine. And religion is no different to a political viewpoint. You're free to change it at any time. You can't change your sexuality or sex.Lol where is the logic with that? Why should your bigoted views be accepted, considering you just insulted an entire religion with your stupid comment. "fuck witted superstition"? Try telling that to the billion of followers around the world, whether it is Islam Christianity Judaism etc.
I don't understand this freedom of speech tag. It seems OK to insult religions but somehow speaking your mind on something becomes "bigoted".

But do you not think it's a bit patronising to say, "Oh, he's from this background. What do you expect?" I'm sure there are plenty of people from a similar background who would join the rest of the population in condemning him.Tyson is clearly a bit of a thug who has harnessed this plus some well honed athletic ability to become a great fighter (boxer). If he went down the traditional gypsy bare knuckle in a car park route he could say all this stuff and no one would bat an eye. Just because he has legitimised his fighting prowess by becoming a legit sportsman I think its a bit unfair to suddenly expect him not to be a bit of a nasty ****.
