If we're judging him on results....then brilliant.

He seems to be getting the best out of individuals,players are improving,tactics and methods are effective,and,importantly,the football is enjoyable to watch.

As for Davies......
 
I'll be surprised if they're (as in Pep and the coaching staff) not looking to get Sancho an appearance from the bench this year, maybe in the FA Cup or something. The rate in which he has developed, he looks massive compared to rest, add to that his obvious ability.

Yeah the results seem much the same but I guess you'd expect as much given the same team's success last year! As @FantasyIreland said above in comparison to Davies he's doing fantastically well, still early days but maybe potential for a move to the 23s in a year or two? Maybe when this group move up to the 23s?

Yes the 16's were phenomenal last season but we are talking 18's here. It might not seem much but its a big step and for anyone who has seen them this year the difference in the physicality of most other teams is massive. Our lads have had to learn to deal with much bigger stronger teams and players and have done it really well. It will be interesting to see how they handle a defeat!
