Afraid he isn't - very amateurish by City to use an in-house journalist - if you don't believe this then just research credibility of source. Even in adverts washing up companies used to put actors in white overalls just for this - it works at an almost subliminal level . Same reason toothpaste ads feature actual dentists and not actors - it all adds to the credibility ... A neutral journalist would have been far better and it would have looked more like a proper interview than a speech or statement or just a friendly Q&A session between 2 buddies.
Yeah its like when all Uefa sit down and discuss Man City’s be self sufficient and make shit loads with the best owners in football and the best ever manager!

What do you they be talking about? All these with self interests to there clubs?

Are we really criticising the club/Soriano for this?

We're our own worst enemy at times.

This was for us, City fans, and also I'm sure an attempt to put a stop to questions to Pep about it in his press conferences.
Yes, i believe one of the main purpose of the interview , was that Pep can simply deflect the inevitable question he will be asked today in his typical sarcastic tone. My ceo already answered that , nothing go say.

Also, there was no brand information really from ferran, but still sent a defiant and strong message.

Lets not pander to the media, about commenting about in house interviews. Its obvious they have made their mind about our guilt.

Lets hope this is all done by the summer , so we can enjoy the It's quiet thread by @tolmie's hairdoo :)

In this entire saga it actually makes me very sad to see how so many people are entirely prepared to ignore a fundamental principle of our justice system, namely 'in dubio pro reo'. No matter which football club you support it should be obvious that there is much doubt related to all of the issues and questions treated by the prosecution (UEFA) here. And if there is doubt the expected and normal consequence in our 'western' justice system is or should be 'no sentence'. Simple really. But here we have the exact opposite, a draconian sentence. Everyone with an interest in how the society works really should have problems with this. However, the way our media works, and the way social media are used as echo chambers for certain messages has led to the situation where so many (most?) people want blood anyway. Why is it so difficult to see that this is a business war between big corporations, using dirty tricks and playing outside of the normal principles of law and justice? I would be against this happening to any other club, even the damned Rags. It is just wrong. Propaganda works unfortunately!
Your last sentence is spot-on. Trump, Johnson, and Brexit being proof.
My real problem is simple.
Where else in any business field anywhere in the world is a group of commercial entities and interested parties allowed to examine the finances, and to sit in judgment of, another commercial entity within the same market, and then pass a draconian punishment tantamount to financial destruction only because they think that the latter is a threat to to their commercial interests.
It reads like organised crime with bent rules instead of guns.
