If we hadn’t agreed the delay we’d know tomorrow and the weekend could be spent drinking as appropriate. Being a bit of a misery, I think I’ll have a few drinks anyway whilst imagining we’ve lost, as Monday can then only get better.

I think it's a good sign we agreed the delay. If we thought we were going to lose the appeal we would have allowed the announcement to go ahead on the day of the draw. The opposite of what UEFA wanted

I would say it’s the opposite, if we are banned UEFA would love to do the draw tomorrow saying Man City/Real Madrid are drawn with ... but given the recent news Man city have just been banned so they won’t be competing next season, etc they would love to publicize it further during the draw if the outcome was negative for us.

Maybe UEFA asked for delay so the possible exoneration doesn’t take away anything from Friday’s draw.

The judges may disagree, he takes a view and final decision, that is how it is put. I had the same thought. Think with a majority i doubt there would be an issue.

id say the delay is down to so they can just do the draw without city/CAS taking over the news.
