Not sure they would. The CAS response would be dimplomatically worded. E.g CAS described the leaks as "worrying". That is actually very strong wording but they will likely stop well short of outright criticism.

You would need a balanced piece of journalism to read between the lines of the judgement and where would we find such a thing?

Them calling the complaints about the leaks worrying is exactly why I think they'll call it as the see it.

Why didn't our bigwigs legally challenge UEFA when they altered the regulations for us to fail FFP after we initially complied with them, with regards to the previous case? Anyone know?

And we will be banned from the CL for two years. This isn’t getting overturned no matter how wrong it is, how flimsy and illegal the evidence, or how corrupt UEFA are.
