Well, I could have been more specific, or concrete hehe, yaya is used for balls, as in having balls, not so much for bollocks.A certain City legend is not going to be happy upon receiving this news.
He's saying FFP is needed because the owner might run out of money and then the team will be in trouble. Nothing to do with the fact that debt is what put Bury in trouble.

Isn’t it assured that an owner is prevented from putting £100m of his own cash into a business but is effectively rewarded for borrowing £100m
