Language doesn’t work like that.
You can’t just translate a word on Google Translate and assume the meaning is identical in another language given absolutely zero context.
“Concrete” being a good example. It’s a building product. In English it also means “robust” but it could well have a different meaning in other languages.
In some Spanish speaking countries “huevos” means “eggs” but also means “testicles”. My bet is if you type “huevos” in to Google Translate, it won’t come out with “bollocks” ;-)
Sorry misquoted your message by mistake. B
And I am saying a lawyer that speaks 5 languages doesn't answer questions in a 6th he doesn't speak when talking to international media representing an international organisations with the ceo off accidentally and even leave himself open to mis-translation bollocks. Therefore until proven otherwise hes a lying twat in regard to his latest contradictory piece that goes against his December 2018 interview in a big way.
https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...-need-for-ffp-efl-league-one-two-owners-wagesthis was an earlier effort can you link the latest or does that count as feeding the enemy?
Except it didn’t....David Conn is back with another brilliant piece on how FFP would stop Bury's demise. Mental, he's non-stop.
I think it's rather Slovenian not Slovak, although pretty similar languages.Actual quotes that were said in Slovak and mistranslated in to English. A Slovak speaker was on here a few months ago saying it was a mistranslation.
He's saying FFP is needed because the owner might run out of money and then the team will be in trouble. Nothing to do with the fact that debt is what put Bury in trouble.Total bollocks
Bury failed precisely because the owner (who was a twat) didn’t have any money to put in
it has been proven that FFP on its current guise would have given a pass to Leeds and Portsmouth in the years leading up to their collapse.
Ffp is already in place. If it was designed in any way to promote fair play or to protect clubs financially it might have had a chance of saving clubs like Bury.
Conn would do better by writing about what Ffp is really there for.
