Have to keep an eye now on the UEFA leakers. I think they might be quiet though. I don't think they'll want to p'ss CAS off when they've yet to make their adjudication. I can glean nothing at all from that statement.

The parties chose the same arbitrators as in the previous CAS case about the IC referral. The CAS nominated a different president of the panel. I assume McDougall was our nominee, but don't have confirmation of that.

Anyway, the above is just clickbait nonsense. There's no adverse inference to be drawn from that at all.

I like that 2 of the 3 arbitrators were the same given the previous appeal raised question marks against UEFA's process.
