He was shaking his head in a NO side to side He dare not say about CAS even though he knows what the outcome might be.

I agree. I think he knows that we are almost certain to be cleared but I think he is forced to answer the question and is trying to play it down a lot. After the righteous fuss we made about UEFA leaks, we have to show our class and self control until we reach the finishing line. There will be time enough then to say what we want, within the limits of any pre-existing agreement on disclosure with UEFA or limitation imposed by CAS.
