I have a gut feeling that this will end up in the British courts. This being that the club will end up suing Der Speigel for damages which could run into the millions £'s should UEFA ban us. As what Der Speigel used is as a result of theft and they were duty bound to report this to us, to see if any of this was true and not just print it, as the gospel truth.

If you put a tenner down, I’ll give you odds of 5000/1 that your theory is correct but I want the cash first.

Never going to happen in a million years. There’s been thousands of cases where the press have printed something that was factually correct as a result of illegal enterprise and no one sues anyone else. On what grounds for a start? It’s not libel if it’s correct.

Nah, City have disagreed with the IC opinion so it will take months till they come to a decision. There would have to be a point by point rebuttal of our response document to take this forward.

I'm not so steady on my feet these days, and need to be near a wall or something solid to lean against when my balance goes.
In view of their history with collapsing walls (something reminded me of that today), I'll watch it on the box instead.

EDIT: I should have placed the word "fans' " between "their" and "history" for complete clarity.
