Is there an ACS that we can take the next appeal to just in case?Or SCA for short? ;-)

He’s always known what ffp was about. Always. The media weaponise football fans against each other and what Samuel has always exposed is that Spurs, Everton, Arsenal, Wolves, Newcastle and Chelsea should be all over this. By being complicit they support the hegemony of utd and Liverpool at the expense of everything else. This has NEVER been about City (and wouldn’t have been about them had they not got PG and got 198 points across 2 seasons) but has always been about protecting the Cartel. The fact the the media (save for Samuel) are not interested in the truth, that the Sunday Supplement chair of the last 3 years has left to do PR for the rags, that Tebas has already commented that this is ‘long overdue’, that Gill has his fingerprints all over this, tells you all you need to know. There is now a real chance that the rags will be back where ‘they belong’ and we will be consigned to the dustbin of history (which is somewhat ironic considering we don’t have any).Martin Samuel is a Legend
The fact that all UEFA appeals are subject to the Swiss courts tells you what a fucking mockery this is. If this charade doesn’t inspire us to win it this year, nothing will. Win it, shit in it and send it back to it a black bin bag. Via Hermes.
now it's up to him if he's a man I though he is and he accepts the challenge or I lose the respect for hm if he runs away from t.
Apologies if this is a titanic moment but just saw this email linked on Prestwich Blue’s Twitter....
Fuck knows about the whole hacked emails being inadmissible, but it certainly appears iffy on the face of it.
Look at the big picture, sponsors, investors, star players, new players, young players, great managers - who wants to be associated with a tarnished brand. Regardless of the outcome of any appeals the Club has an enormous PR challenge ahead of it.I keep repeating this but why are we concerned about reputations? We are already looked at as cheats, buy the league, blah blah blah what else is new?
And fined €30?Its funny - a rag tweeted that we were no better than Saracens.....I replied suggesting they will still be playing Thursday Night Football even if 5th becomes a CL qualifying spot and he reported me....banned for 12 hrs.....laughable
Let people put an asterisk.
Means nothing to me.
City only really seemed to get aggressive when the leaks surfaced. Felt to me like we were in the shit but got a lucky break with UEFA cocking up and decided to pounce on it. I am absolutely certain we have not followed the rules in their entirety. Certain of it. But we are preying on UEFA’s lack of a proper and fair process. That’s what it feels like.

Personally, I would think any challenge to FFP would be in another court that deals with business finance generally. An appeal to CAS would involve drilling down through processes - were City given proper notice of the charges, have City been treated fairly, do UEFA have the rock solid proof that City have breached the rules (rules that are bent anyway) etc. Bring it on !!!!!!We wouldn’t be challenging FFP in CAS, so I am not sure what sort of point you are making here.
My thinking entirely. Those rules you are talking about are designed to ensure certain things materialise. They are not fair rules and ultimately, away from the CAS, we will challenge this.
Any rules we broke were as a consequence of them moving goalposts.
We will only challenge in CAS based upon process and diligence from UEFA during their investigation.
Yes, that is what I was alluding to — CAS would not be the avenue we take.Personally, I would think any challenge to FFP would be in another court that deals with business finance generally. Not only are UEFA in for a shock, so are Madrid.i hope so as the timing is very poor in respect to all competitions & all the teams city are still to play. If we have broke the corrupt laws fine charge us at the end of the season not now.
at least city will never have to explain the booing anymore. Can’t wait for Madrid game uefa are in for a shock
Whatever the eventual outcome. I will always love you City!
