Gloves are off (as you can clearly see our chairman saying to our owner below), and I think all blues fully support it.

City comin'!!

When you come at the king you best not miss...

If anyone had any doubts about our owner or board taking another pinch at this point regarding potential sanction from UEFA and their cohort of lickspitles who pander to the whims of the old G14. I would politely suggest they reconsider their position.
I believe this appeal has firmly drawn a line in the sand. (No pun intended). If UEFA thought they were going to ride roughshod over evidential credibility and their own decision and legal due process then I hope we are about to deliver a virtual kick in the bollocks as a polite reminder they cannot.

We possibly took the view that FFP was not an issue for us going forward from that point. I am not even sure we oppose FFP, as such.

FFP protects us just like it does the others. ADUG will look at English football and be laughing looking at the shower of shite they are competing with at board room level. The last thing they want is the Saudi's, Qatari's etc. getting involved with their own competent project.

And FFP + English Football's Financial superiority means only PSG (massively hamstrung by French Football), Madrid and Barca can compete really. If FFP goes then you could have serious Chinese and Middle East investment in Italy.

Imagine a post-FFP world with City-esque projects at Milan, Roma, Inter, Leeds & Newcastle with Saudi's owning the rags. No thanks, I'd rather go head to head with the Glazers.

I was looking at City news and the article popped up so gave it a read - the comment section was hilarious and the statements were the usual 'broke the rules'...'arab thugs'...'oil money'

So I just registered quickly and gave a few quips back, needless to say the believe they are intelligent on Merseyside but they fail miserably

Merseyside's finest informed the world only the other day that since St Mo Salah pitched up in Liverpool the number of Islamophobia cases have plummeted.

I'm no legal expert or even a barrack room lawyer but I reckon that the outcome of litigation is largely a lottery. No lawyer worth his or her salt would ever 100% guarantee success in any legal battle as even if you feel that your side has an overwhelming case it still doesn't mean you will win.

We may well have a very strong case and UEFA might have a weak one but that doesn't mean much at this stage. Hopefully we will prevail but it's probably best not to count on it.
