The club sound supremely confident of their position with that statement. Sounds like they're accusing UEFA of believing any old shite to suit their agenda, or the agenda of certain other clubs, and that they're dismissing any evidence City have put forward to the contrary. We'll still probably cop a ban because UEFA really are that fucking stupid, but I'd expect it to be overturned by CAS.

I wouldn't be surprised if City have a lot of dirt on other clubs too, and possibly UEFA

We were pretty confident last time and they moved the goal posts. It seems they are purely using hacked material and are still pressing ahead despite us showing them all our legitimate documents and evidence

I like our statements on the matter. There’s no holding back, you read that and know that If uefa try and screw us here City aren’t going to take it lightly, they’re going to throw every available resource they have to fight back, and to make such a statement you have to imagine they’re supremely confident of winning too.

I`m Ok mate.I`m merely pointing out that it is just a coincidence that this week is merely another day in the life of Man.City players,irrespective of what shit they throw at us.
Yet some people seriously believe it being done deliberately to "wreck" our preparations for the Cup Final.
Had we not been in a Final I assume everyone would have been more than happy to "get it out of the way sooner than later".

Previously we conducted our business with uefa in private. For some reason uefa or at least one of its lower chamber members prefer to use the media to leak the general feelings of its members.
City recognise this and make their feelings public effectively giving the Chamber time to resolve the leak.
Todays statement allows City to state their feelings in public more or less denying the independence of a kangaroo court that left our defence points unresolved.

Presumably City have some real nasty stuff to reveal about uefa, its members and its operations.

We may well do, but who is interested?. The media have a set of "human rights fat cats" in the dock caught cheating. It will depend on how just and independent the end process is. I feel sure UEFA will ban City. City will appeal, and this will drag on for ages.

That statement is libellous to a point. Lawyers will have confirmed it for publication but with the strength of it I suspect a war is about to begin and a heavy one at that
