What a fucking weirdo - as if those 2 examples bear any similarities to this case! Surely, more relevant examples - though not admittedly identical - would be all those clubs who have won their appeals against UEFA when going to CAS

Don't want to defend him but he is specifically talking about CAS accepting cases based on newspapers claims.

Those clubs winning their appeals to CAS are not related to newspapers finding but regular investigations (like Milan, PSG, Fener).

I get my news from watching the 6 o'clock news and R4. I like to think I am integillent enough to know crap when I hear it. Most of the time the BBC News is fair and unbiased. Note I said 'most of the time'. I strongly advise most of you on here to do the same.
