Here

Our settlement last time was dated 16 May 14 so presume the time-limit was linked to that.
Thanks. Here's a few other snippets from the Rules governing the UEFA Club Financial Control Body that people might (or might not) be interested in.
Article 6 - Independence - The members of the CFCB are independent.
Article 7 - incompatibilities - CFCB members may not belong simultaneously to:
a) any other UEFA organ, body or committee
b) any organ, body, committee or administrative division of a UEFA member, association or any league or club affiliated to a UEFA member association
(this is why, Parry, for example would ensure that he didn't have any such involvement before becoming a member of the CFCB thus "assuring" his "independence")
Article 9 - 1. A member of the CFCB may not take part in the consuderation of a case if there is any justifiable doubt as to his impartiality.
(step forward Mr Parry the "unashamed Liverpool fan")
2. A member of the CFCB shall disclose circumstances which might give rise to a conflict of interest
(step back Mr Parry)
Article 10 - Members of the CFCB ensure complete confudentiality of all facts that come to their attention in the course of their duties AND, IN PARTICULAR REFRAIN FROM DIVULGING THE CONTENTS OF THEIR DELIBERATIONS
(whoever was briefing the NYT, it was the CFCB's duty to ensure confidentiality)
Article 15 - The defendant may inspect the case file
(I'm sure we're all over this because, apart from the question marks over the integrity of the investigation itself, the initiation of the investigation and who, why and on what basis it was initiated may also impact on its integrity. It should also show whether the CFCB was subject to any interference or influence from anyone not actually on the CFCB)
