UEFA: Ban for 2 seasons or agree a lesser sanction in order to stop this going to CAS. Would we take a 1 season ban who knows??
PL: A sanction of sorts - points? Transfers?

I think we're pretty well protected from the PL stuff, and I assume that was the whole point of leaking the hacking agreement.

If they punish us for 6 year old stuff they'll have to punish Liverpool, they are already loathe to revisit it anyway and revoking a trophy would be a nightmare.
