Im sure illegally obtained evidence has been used in CAS hearings in the past.

The point is, do the rules of the prosecuting body allow hacked or stolen evidence? If UEFA's rules don't allow such evidence, they won't be allowed to use it against us. FIFA seem to think illegally obtained emails are inadmissible, and I think that's one of the points we will be pushing.

Apologies if this has been answered and I’ve missed it, but with travel restrictions, quarantine etc. Are we going to be able to get our lawyers and advocates to CAS in Switzerland for this. The hearing at CAS is a home game for UEFA, hopefully only in geographical terms, but not for us. I am so suspicious of these crooks, I see traps everywhere.

tbh if he's correct it's quite a stitch up if we're eventually punished by the PL. Jeez the G14 clubs can basically do what they want if they have clauses like that in the national leagues.
