I’m calling bollocks. He starts saying the club don’t know but then goes on to say what the judgement is! So some boring Charlton twat knows but the club don’t? Seems legit.
If you look at the time the first tweet was made, it was yesterday, meaning he was saying the club found out this morning. His latest tweet about the verdict, was about an hour ago. Hope it's bullshit.

I'm hating these comments about the ban being overturned. Being typical City I'm suspicious of everything. While Cheesey is still the media voice of City and a very nice guy by all accounts, I refuse to believe that some high level legal bod has decided to brief journalists or that some admin underling has done so. We could be being set up here. While I've never been more certain of anything that we're 100 per cent innocent, I'm not convinced that CAS have looked at the things we want them to. They're a quasi-judicial tribunal - not a proper court. Not sure they look at the rights and wrongs of issues - they look at whether due process was followed. UEFA could have followed due process and still screwed us over - if you get what I'm saying.

I find it very strange that even if we do know the outcome, that anyone other than the main men would know about it. It’s madness to even allow a leak and what does it gain?

No, this is wrong. They will have considered all the evdence submitted on the substantive issue. Process will be a minor point, if any.

Im sure I read on here that CAS wouldn’t change the tariff? It’d either be upheld or we’d be exonerated?

If the club was informed today and if it's indeed a 1 year ban, why would Pep say something about CL next season? Pretty sure he is not that stupid to openly talk about CL if we are banned? Either the club is very stupid by not telling Pep about the verdict or the guy is taking the piss. I believe it's the later.

Stuart Pearce is now coaching the defenders at Portsmouth under manager Kenny Jacket.

He is just another Twitter fùckwit who has 6 followers, you can find thousands of such fùckwits on that platform, nothing to worry about.

Yeah, I wasn't saying I believed it but it's hard to ignore the little seeds of doubt that people will no doubt try and cast, to wind the City fans up over the next 48 hours.

Stuart Pearce, co-commentating at the end of the Sheffield Utd v Chelsea game just finished, says he would be astounded if CAS overturned the City ban. There you have it ... from the horses mouth that is Beany!
He always was a clueless ****

In any court case, both sides submit their evidence in bundles, and we certainly would have been given UEFA's evidence, but I'm not sure whether we would have had the opportunity to cross examine them. Natural justice says we should, but how can we have done so when the hearing lasted only a few days ?
