I don't necessarily disagree. But my point was that there are a number of scenarios that might pan out. No way to know until tomorrow.The whole settlement process is seen by UEFA as a second chance. City did not accept they breached but that is not relevant to CAS especially where we are considering the scenario where they have found in UEFAs favour. Of course you are entitled to disagree.

There are some terrible decisions each and every week in the Prem. I think sometimes we choose to focus on them only when they favour our nearest rivals.
