The meeting was with Football Supporters Europe on the back of discussions/site visits they have had with UEFA. They are fantastic help and act as the go between for fans and uefa.
The potential of a move of the game hasn't been discussed by UEFA as they don't see it necessary and no plan B has been put in place so far. I can only assume they think the mainland won't be as impacted/it will have calmed down by then.
Also to note Sevilla only requested 4,000 tickets to begin with and I am not sure that have fully sold them yet. Whilst we will have the majority of the south side of stadium they have only be given one corner of the north side.
