UK far right trouble

Ofcom talking about censoring social media only on Wednesday to stop misinformation yet the misinformation was coming from the BBC and the mainstream media. Unbelievable cover-up from the media and the political class that would make China and Russia proud.

Or of course could be just an example of a Police investigation running its course - there are lawyers and ex-job on here who will be able to explain why this was not revealed the next day.

Also worth noting he faces terror charges but so far the ONGOING INVESTIGATION is not linking the stabbings to the ricin terror charges.

I think its clear as crystal why it wasn't revealed the next day.

From the outside it would appear that CPS have decided there was insufficient evidence to charge him with terror related crimes in relation to the murders. Who knows what he said during interview, if anything at all? We know that special branch were involved. We also know that things can take time to turn around from forensics.

But the two matters are currently being treated as separate. Do we know if he was interviewed post-charge in relation to the latest revelations and when?

It’s a lot of guesswork-as others have said there will undoubtedly be more to come out from the trial.

Yes, one charge terror related I think, possession of the Al Queda document. The actual killlings aren't though. I think that's what they said.
Personally I think that's crazy if true. I can understand deciding he's not a terrorist and just a murderer, but deciding his mass slaughter of kids wasn't terrorism but owning a dodgy book was is nuts.

Do people really expect every aspect of the prosecution case to be made public before the court even sits?

That's not how the law works. As the general public, we are entitled to know fuck all until the trial.

The guy (apparently) responsible is in prison. The facts of the case will be revealed in court, the prosecution and defence will make their cases and the jury will decide guilty or not guilty.

People have no right to take the law into their own hands, it's that simple. They certainly don't have the right to attack random individuals and the police and destroy private property. People who stir shit for political reasons are irresponsible at best. They know exactly what they are doing. They are malign actors and deserve to be in nick along with the actual rioters.

I agree on a lot of your points but people speculate about every incident, whether it happened in the workplace, pub, street, anywhere really. They love drama and a good gossip. Stirring up hatred and violence online or elsewhere is of course out of order. When kids are being slaughtered at a dance class however people are understandably angry and concerned.

People can speculate as much as they like. They can get angry and say how dreadful it is, and all that stuff. We all do that. It's human.

It's the next step that's the problem, and it doesn't help when cnuts deliberately seek to inflame the issue or come out with conspiracy theories. It leads to a lynch mob mentality reminiscent of Alabama (or similar states) in the bad old days. It's really not civilised and it certainly isn't lawful.

He was most likely just at a loose end that afternoon.
It's bizzare how people are even comparing this to a terror related murder spree.
I mean it's not as if there were other reports of a possibility of terrorist attacks on the Taylor Swift tour dates in Austria.
The Taylor Swift dance workshop in Southport was obviously just a horrible coincidence.
Anyone making a connection between the 2 should sweep the decks and treat them as entirely unconnected.

It's bizarre. They might terrify people into not mentioning it for fear of being labelled racist and banged up at the mercy of the gangs, but everyone is thinking if it quacks like a duck and looks like one, it probably is a duck.
