we are an island. we can only physically allow so many people to live here. Theres nothing wrong with putting a limit on it. As quantity grows, quality goes.

All these left wing up their own arses type do my head in. just because a party isn't acting in a pc (left wing invented shite). This countries too fucking soft on immigrants. All the other countries have got it ok, they just fuck em off to us because they know it's full of do gooders who care more about others problems than their own.

Some people must honestly believe we are a self sufficient country which does not import any products. in 1812, the population of this country was 20m. Only 200 hundred years later, it's more than tripled to 62m. Yes, migration has played a strong part of this but in another 200 hundred years time. In 6 or so generations, do you really believe this island can contain and be of any quality of life to the estimated 125m citizens? we cant even sort out poverty in the poorest areas. Immigration IS a problem to the quality of our childrens futures and their childrens' childrens futures and just because you wont be alive doesnt mean it wont happen.

now i aint no BNP xenophobe and love the idea of multicultaralism. There has to be a point in time though when our borders say 'right, enough is enough' we're a sinking ship already being made worse by clueless city workers who gambled and still are gambling our countries reservations in the billions every minute.

I will vote for a party who aren't racist but instead, provide common sense in their manifesto's rather than some ideological bullshit aimed towards the demographic. Too long this countries succumbed to the lies of the wealthiest old boy parties who promise the same as the party before did except 10x's better. the only people allowed into this country should be the ones who will benefit most to the sustainability of the island for the progressive course of time not just for now but for the future.

That's the one. Many members have switched from one to the other. I've read before an analysis of the amount of seats in which both parties do not simultaneously run candidates cannot just be a coincidence, such is the strength of the statistical anomaly. It is suggestive of an electoral pact. The two parties do not compete very often and appear to get out of one another's way as far as possible.

I understand why people think UKIP seem reasonable and I understand why Euroscepticism is popular, but dig a little deeper, and you see some disturbing warning signs.

I'm not sure I would vote for them in a domestic election tho, as I haven't really looked at their stated policies etc., it would depend on how libertarian they are, but from what little I have read I pick up the scent of conservatives in libertarian clothing.

Yes we are an island but that is irrelevant - we have the same size sq miles as a similar sized country that is land locked.
I am an immigrant in the USA and came here legally and found a job and am contributing via taxes and health care etc and have been unable to claim benefits upon arrival.
It just needs a party in the UK to welcome immigrants on the same basis who are willing to do the same

Im a bit sceptical of UKIP and what they stand for as they seem to sing from to 2 different hymn sheets depending on the public feeling at the time. Will probably stick with the BNP for now its what all my EDL mates do

I don't buy it.

People will accept crimes that are sanctioned by the state (phone hacking, character assassination) by the media. But for a similar situation such as this, it's perfectly acceptable to have a moral outrage ala party predujice.
