Decades of Utd and Liverpool players been praised and hyped up to the rafters - only to do nothing in tournaments ruined any serious interest I had for international football. Only care now if City players are in various teams.

Plus the fucking England Band used to annoy the hell of me. :)

That is a good point but greaves was left out originally through injury and his replacement and the team played well. As wanker has played grealish saka and sancho then it doesn't really apply.

If someone had forced him out with great performances then fair play. But that 3rd forward position is still in doubt. Foden is looking like 4th choice which tbh is typical of dull English managers it's what they do.

that’s all in the past. I would say as well if we do win something it will make it more enjoyable. Similar to years of city not winning anything

When players play and win something for their clubs, the first thing a lot of them do is adorn themselves in their country’s flag, covering up their club’s badge. Have you ever seen a City player put a City flag around their shoulders when they play for their country?

They don’t give a shit about their clubs when they play for their country. Every single one of them would do the CRonaldo wink about getting Rooney sent off without a second thought (a hypothetical situation of Zinchenko getting Stones sent off, for example)

Prefer club football. City always first for me.
