Yes it was, typical rag shit house behaviour. Remember how they got a game postponed as they couldn’t hack Liverpool handing City the title? They have been damaged by being the second team in Manchester for 8 years.
It never happened did it?
The media milked it and the revised fixture as much as they could and promptly forgot it as the next step would have meant action against the rags over their negligence in failing to ensure the match went ahead.
Funnily enough the ragfans themselves seem perfectly happy with the Glazers now.

The boozer where I was last night after the national anthems some rags started knocking out the ‘why don’t city fuck off home’ nursery rhymes. Fucking weirdos we have really damaged them.
I can never get my head around grown men singing the words “with a knick knack paddy whack, give a dog a bone”.

We had a song about our headmaster at primary school that included those words. Thanks a fucking bunch, can't stop playing it in my head now. Was during our first 9 in a row, you'll be glad to hear. What a team.

It was an absolutely superb performance that. It should give Denmark something to think about as well. I fully expect us to go into the final and I do think that, whatever the result, we will have given it our best shot.

Southgate deserves a lot of credit - he's been superb in the tournament with a dip v Scotland. I've been really impressed with his management skills and hope he wants to continue with England to the WC.

I can't understand how anyone who supports England is not enjoying this. It's probably our best chance of getting to a final since 1966. If you're not enjoying this, you'll never enjoy it! Just go with the flow, we know it's not City but it's the next best thing!

I think that on the whole, the tournament has been great. France going out was a shock, Croatia v Spain was a great comeback, Switzerland v France was a great comeback, Switzerland v Spain shoot out was insane, Belgium v Italy was a great game, Sweden v Poland a good one, England doing well, Germany v Hungary was a surprise, Portugal v Germany was another good game. Even the final will have a team (England or Denmark) who don't normally get to finals (yes, I know Denmark did in the 90s) so it's been one for me.

COME ON ENGERLAND!
The only ones not giving him any credit are the guys who called him shit and not capable. They've realised how wrong they were and now try to keep their narrative going with "Its boring football". What gets me are the ones who come in here trying to make others believe in their negative sad world, its like they can only be happy if others are unhappy.

Same here, I've been totally impressed with Soutgates man-management skills, he's got them peaking just at the right time, not conceding, another! semi final. I never thought I see this much cohesion and belief in an England squad as right now, except maybe Euro96 or wc86.

Hes a fraud of a manager who has been extremely lucky to get relatively easy draws in the last two tournaments and so progressed as he should due to the quality of players at his disposal.
Of course it's all about results and many England fans aren't arsed how said results come about as long as they do.
That's fair enough, nothing wrong with that but don't try and kid anybody that you are doing anything but the bare minimim expected with the opposition faced so far.
The 4-0 win was great for the country and hopefully its followed with another great result on Wednesday, but if its not, and they are beaten by an OK but not fantastic Denmark side then it'll be hard to keep the narrative going that he's doing a great job and getting to a couple of semi finals prove it.
The semi is the bare minimum expected from the draws they have had.
The fact they play ultra defensive is neither here nor there but having some of the best attacking players in Europe at your disposal and failing to come up with a way to utilise them better tells me he isn't a great manager, just a very lucky one.

I'm happy to be able to say that so far, Southgate has proved me wrong.

I wanted him sacked before the tournament and thought that we'd scrape through to the last 16 and then bow out.

He managed the group well with Scotland being the only disappointing result and from there, we've grown with each match played.

England will probably never play like City do right now because they haven't got the players we have or Pep.

We're currently winning the matches that we'd have lost over the last 15 years.

I wouldn’t take what Bluemoon says in an England thread as gospel.

Everyone has been raving about Sterling, both on BBC and ITV. Before every game so far there’s been a montage and interview with him: one talking about growing up by Wembley, one on how different it is as a senior player to how it was when he first got in the squad at 18, one surrounding the racism topic, one about football itself… he’s scored and set up goals, he’s been one of the most effective players in the tournament so far and he’s been praised as such… and while he’s done some brilliant things, I think there’s been some very poor end product from him at times as well but absolutely nobody is talking about that, his pass to Müller in the last game was brushed over n’all.

Before the game yesterday it was barely mentioned about Sancho and as well as looking at England in general and past tournaments, the two players they focused on were Sterling and Zinchenko.

BBC News after the game last night had a section where they were at John Stones’ old junior football club, where all the locals were watching the game and they were all being asked about Stones.

But most on here don’t see that, they filter all that out and just concentrate on any positives about United that are mentioned. I find that weird and obsessive. All the “I’m turning it off until kick off” lot moan that it’s all about United but miss that it’s all about City, all the “I’m muting the commentary” lot moan about how much they talk about United but how do they know if their tele is muted? There are some very bitter and strange fans in these England threads.

(Jermaine Jenas is a boring shit accent mumbling droning idiot, though!)
On the BBC News (the most watched in the country) immediately after the Germany win they had one long segment on just one player.

Raheem Sterling.

Those posters, and you can identify them by teenage phrases like "rag loving media" (I felt my sphincter tighten just typing that), walk the earth as Bertie Magoo the Bitter Blue. I love my club and I love much of our fanbase, it's self-deprecating humour, loyalty and shared history, but this element embarrass me. It's a mixture of imposter syndrome, confirmation bias and delusion.

Imagine going to your mates and he wants to watch the fucking match with the sound down? You'd laugh in his face and tell him to grow up.

england fans cannot be so fussy surely. We haven’t won anything since 66! I’ll take playing a bit more cautiously if it means we win something.

the games you mentioned - we won nothing...city battered PSG, which meant nothing after not winning the champions League

city fans used to be the same. We’d have taken any result or style of play if it meant winning. That’s only changed when pep came in - we’ve become football snobs

It’s not as if England played poor either. We battered the Ukraine and played some pretty nice attacking football at times
England can do a lot better than they currently doing under Southgate. Even against Ukraine there were a few wobbles. Not enough to effect the result as such but enough to be very wary going into the Semi Final

Wc semi. Euros semi. Nation's Cup semi. Not conceded in the Euro's, beat Germany first time in tournament competition. Best win rate of ANY modern England manager...... Luck.

You do know how ridiculous that sounds?
