When that is expanded what about those that live outside the zone that need to commute into the larger zone, there is no help for them as they don’t live in the boroughs, I suspect quite a few commute in as living outside the London boroughs will be cheaper, basically outside the m25.

Is it such a surprise? The rules for political advertising still hark back to when each party had a couple of tv ads and half a dozen posters during a campaign - all scrutinised to death.

Now, multiple organisations will be micro-targeting thousands of different ads via Facebook etc, with no scrutiny whatsoever.

There were multiple stories coming out after Uxbridge, from Labour canvassers who were surprised at just how many people erroneously thought they would be hit by the ULEZ charges.
