Unions

Fair does but my point still stands, it isn't about Brexit, it is about a decent unions, and lets be right, working with good management, to give workers a date deal.
But with no EU to reign the government in then Brexit is a factor, one of the disadvantages/advantages is making your own laws with no recourse to a higher court.

Unions are still needed, but the change from an inustrial to a service economy has changed how we collectively organise and support each other, Unions need to adapt to changes and also some need to practise the equality and fairness of memebers.
Good point. The world is different.

No, a good union would challenge any government. France, allegedly, have better employment laws than us and yet when we were in the e.u. nothing changed.
The French don’t take any shit though and that’s down to the people, as they say we are the union, far too many people over here just shrug their shoulders and say let someone else deal with it, in France they fucking deal with it, you only have to see what the lorry drivers do, can you imagine that here!
