If the rags are still not competing in the CL and we are. (£40M difference)
We obtain a new improved main sponsorship deal as the Etihad one is now undervalued (£30M improvement)
We have a new kit supplier who pays what the going rate is, rather than the pittance we currently get from Nike. Rags get £75M, so by the time we come to renegotiate or put out to tender, £75M will actually be the normal rate, so that's an increase of £65M
Those three together could make a difference of over £150M

But of course we don't mind them winning the biggest T/O award, so long as Malc's boys keep on milking the twats and we keep winning on the pitch

Wonder how long it will take before Rooney is dropped and they play 4-2-3-1 with Pogba pushed into a more advanced role. At Juve he always had Pirlo, vidal or Marchisio alongside him allowing him to push forward. He is completely wasted playing so deep imo. And despite spending 60-70 million on Fellaini, Schneiderlin, Herrera and Schweinsteiger none of them look particularly great. Not sure whats happened to Carrick but they need him back. And why the fuck was Mkhitaryan playing right mid.

That squad has a lot of issues but I would still expect to be challengers along with Chelsea as they way to much individual talent not to be.

I said i thought we played better in the 2nd half, but thinking about it, Pep knew we would come out that way, so adjusted his tactics, and it worked. You could have scored many more. As for the stuff on Red Cafe, i dont even go on there so please dont think all United fans are the same. You were better than us plain and simple. Hopefully we can bounce back at Watford.

Granted it wasn't as fluid as the first half, but it did its job. The only scary moment was when Sagna got skinned. Other than that incident, we were able to soak the pressure without much trouble and Sané although brilliant he will be, did not take advantage of the few counters as he was still getting to grips with the game and a shadow of his pace and footwork. It looks certain that he will get back to that form. Still we got close with a Fern shot, a KdB shot on post and the Otamendi shot which if not for the penalty worthy tackle from behind, would have likely went into the net beyond a scrambling de gea.

For a money machine, when they didn't have a CL season 2 years back, they reported a 4 million loss. One of only 6 league clubs to report a loss. It is expected that their latest report to have improved with CL group stage and the bumper broadcast deal, but it is also easy to topple them off their financial perch with a growing debt that is supposedly to disappear, and what looks now like the highest wage in the league (2nd highest they were last round)

I believe Martial has been found out with his constant cutting inside and takeons, teams have begun double defending him because he hardly crosses well anyway. rashford as hard as it is to admit, is to me their most attacking player who has confidence and discipline to become a handful. His turn that lost Sagna would be lauded if that was Sterling. I hope he warms the bench long enough to ask for a move in January.

Hehe, that i think will actually be a very good match. After us putting them in their place they won't want Liverpool to have it over them to, they would all be on suicide watch. So that and Liverpools break neck 'heavy metal' football should create a good match.

Rashford seems a good kid and not a gobshite, i actually hope he does ok but hopefully with another club as his direct attitude and pace will push many lesser defences back.

We should see growth in commercial revenue this season anyway with the increased media exposure having Guardiola brings, although the same could probably be said of the rags. Unfortunately we're starting off from a weaker position this year in the CL down to our finishing position last season.
