Apparently he said it in a post-match interview but wasn't reported here because the game wasn't broadcast on English TV, I don't have proof and maybe it's false.

I didn't see almost universal condemnation on here when Aguero was done for elbowing Reid but whatever.

That's because he didn't and Reid is a cheating cnut who faked the assault to disguise his own foul .

If Mourinho was a copper, he'd claim someone beaten up in custody had head-butted his boots.

And the Press would lambast the detainee for disrespecting publicly-funded footwear.

I remember a PEG excuses dart board on a Chelse thread. We now have at least three more.... travelling on a Thursday, unluckiest team ever and refs being mean (although that one has always been the case for him). Have I missed any?

Paul Pogba put Manchester United's worst start in 27 years down to being "cursed"

“We’re going to start thinking we’re cursed,” said Pogba.
“It doesn’t matter which team comes here, we dominate them, be it Arsenal or West Ham.
Our luck will change at one time or another and it’s then that we’ll have to take it.”
Come on, own up. Which one of you on here has buried city shirts in the centre circle?

It's interesting to apply the Kubler-Ross 5-stsge model of grief to their situation. I always thought this was a linear model, where you moved from one stage to another, eventually getting to the end state. Yet Peg seems to be exhibiting all five simultaneously.

Stage 1 - Denial. "We're the unluckiest club in the world. We're dominating opponents but aren't getting the wins".

Stage 2 - Anger. At refs, his players, his situation and anyone/anything else, real or imaginary, that annoys him.

Stage 3 - Bargaining. "All I need is 4 more transfer windows and a billion pounds then I'd have a world-beating team.

Stage 4 - Depression." I'm living in a hotel and my family are staying in London".

Stage 5 - Acceptance. "We have to be realistic. We aren't th at good any more and we need to rebuild".

If you're trying to impress people with posts like this .... it worked :)

He's showing passion on the touchline, being unlucky, being picked on, conspiracy from officials has continued from Chelsea, he'll get it right soon, just needs another 3 transfer windows... these are just a couple of the excuses i've had in the last 24 hours from rags, I hope their delusion continues and the FA leave him alone to continue the circus of the touchline every weekend.
He actually puts a lot of passion into being a twat, bless him.
