Are we all discussing how shit United are then, whilst they are one point behind us and we couldn't manage to beat? Obviously they was very negative and shite to watch but we have to look at ourselves that we cant put a team like that away.

Whilst it's incredible they are only 1 point behind, we did everything we could to put them away. We probed and probed. I don't think it's that easy to create loads of chances against a team that camps in their own third for 90 mins, packing 9 men in a tight space.

When teams defend, you try to get through, stretch the game, wait for them to break and pounce. They literally didn't attempt to play, not once. It was so congested back there. Never seen a team play that way before. Even relegation fodder have a go now and again. They didn't.

I was happy enough with our performance. It shows me we are light years ahead of them, and rapidly going forward. While they, under Jose, will go nowhere, fast.

It's a really strange one. I was talking to a mate of mine, multi millionaire, decent footballer in his day and he's had a season ticket there for 20 years plus.

Been thinking about who I would compare them to, think its a bit of an insult to our 6 fingered friends to call them a rich mans Stoke.

They had a couple of chances, but if you hoof it up to our box for 90 mins, you'll get a couple of chances.

More about the lack of ambition, and lack of desire to play football. Sit back, sit back, get ball, hoof, and repeat. Never once try to break, by looking for a player. Was like playing a non league team, especially with their jubilant fans at the end. Just bizarre...

They clearly came with the intention of not losing - but in view of their remaining fixtures I would have thought it was a game they HAD to win. The mindless red hordes though seem happy with that - totally brainwashed by the rhetoric and the media.
