They'll walk the EL and unfortunately that will make it a very good season for them.
I'd swap our disappointing season of 3rd or 4th place for a League Cup, Europa League win and a CL place in a heartbeat.
 
I don't care about the rags, but we are sat here judging them, they have 1 trophy in the bag probably another on the way and champions league football, all we can hope for is champions league qualification, we have massively under performed this season, we couldn't even beat a poor Arsenal side in the semi, and we slate them for coming to us for a point, but with the attacking players we had on the pitch we should have scored but as is to often this season we failed to kill a team off

So if i offer you 5th now this season then th eCarling cup next and a semi in the EL, which is where we would be, would you take it?

There in with a chance of winning is as they failed last season! We'd be bloody furious if we had finished 5th last year.

Its on the basis they win the Europa which everyone including the media seems to think they have. If they do win it then as a fan I would prefer their season, winning two cups and CL football next season. If you offered me it as next seasons campaign I wouldn't want it but would certainly swap this seasons.

Their fucking idiot of a manager has just been on the telly saying there's no honour in qualifying for the CL via 4th place.

I can't believe I still get annoyed at the bullshit this twat pukes up.

Tell me about it. The man clearly has mental health issues it shouldn't really be taken seriously. He's actually quite a sad forlorn figure who's a crap manager. The only talent he has nowadays is being outspoken and annoying. If he was ignored or deprived of his platform he'd simply fade away into obscurity.
