United (A) Post Match Thread

I’m going to email GMP about this later, they will probably say it’s their protocol. It’s the most pathetic ground in the country from a security point of view, there’s a disaster waiting to happen queuing against that wall at the away end. The different standards that operate in football between the rags/dippers and all other teams is truly remarkable - nearly all the pundits are from the filth clubs, biased commentators, policing, referrees, var, spitting, bus bricking, all in their favour
I wonder what input our security team have in such situations. If they’re any use they would have vetoed the use of that exit. They should be communicating with their counterparts at OT at a much higher level than your average steward team leader type who would’ve been in charge of organising how far those vermin were kept from the exit. We can exit any door we like and the bucks stops with the guy in charge of our security who should assess that situation and act accordingly

Obvs all that said the main blame lies with poor stewarding and the scrotes involved

Its very clear Telles takes the swipe, glances the ball ever so slightly then follows thru and takes Jesus foot. According to the current laws of the game its a foul, as a light touch on the ball doesn't negate what comes straight after.

VAR isnt supposed to judge whether or not a penalty, just decide if the ref made a massive cock up.

and this season that seems to be applying for not only fouls/red cards but also for offsides - if its a marginal call stay with the on field decision.

from the replay i saw it looked like the ref has a reason to not give it, plus jesus going down like someone took a sithe to his ankles also doesnt help IMO.

i dont want to go back to 124 penalties a season….do you?

lol, sorry i don't know how to post twitter things, but there is a great one of what looks like a dad and lad singing the bernardo song outside a pub called the railway, if someone could find it and post it on here , lol

singing on their own with flares :)
I remember seeing that, maybe it was on twitter? I wouldn't know how to find it or put it on here though.

What would The Bottler tell us constitutes a trip as outlined in the LotG? HTF was that not a trip and consequently a penalty for the trip on Jesus. We just have blatant pens waved away, and today we were luckier than usual 'cos we got a fuckin' corner out of it. It just beggars belief!
It's the same thing almost every time City play and some still think it's "incompetence". Wouldn't incompetence work both ways.

So... don't give the genuine ones to City so we can give all the fake ones to the rags and dippers. Referees should apply the rules not achieve targets set by ...

Like Goldbridge said, this situation can't go on, it's affecting his and a million others mental health.

Edit: Today's latest @ 43.30 onwards.

What a self entitled fucking smacked arse he is, he's basically just outed his own fellow fan base as the glory supporting nobs we've always known they are. Fucking brilliant.
