United (A) Post Match Thread

What a self entitled fucking smacked arse he is, he's basically just outed his own fellow fan base as the glory supporting nobs we've always known they are. Fucking brilliant.

I think his " mental health " issues apart from greed have been in question for a very long time .

The alternative prognosis however is that he is just a total ****.

They would all be committed if they experienced real failure and hardship the self entitled nursery rhymes singing babies. In their supposed period of hardship they have won an FA cup, a Europa League and a league cup in the last six years. They need to suffer more

Thanks but I don't have Sky. Won't pay that shower a penny of my hard earned (pension) money!! But thanks, I am going to watch it this afternoon on City+ I'll give them my money. :-)

A proportion of your sky money would go into the coffers at City you know.
I think you are probably being a tight get keeping your pension in your pocket -)

I wonder what input our security team have in such situations. If they’re any use they would have vetoed the use of that exit. They should be communicating with their counterparts at OT at a much higher level than your average steward team leader type who would’ve been in charge of organising how far those vermin were kept from the exit. We can exit any door we like and the bucks stops with the guy in charge of our security who should assess that situation and act accordingly

Obvs all that said the main blame lies with poor stewarding and the scrotes involved
It’s amazing pal that they should have to put up with that. Hats off to all our players and staff for their dignity and restraint. I know someone who is a director level person at the scum, he or she isn’t responsible for security but I’m going to show him or her that video next time I see him.
Not sure if you’ve ever watched City at the swamp, I used to go every season but since stopping doing some many aways I haven’t been for 3 or 4 years as my loyalty points have been overtaken. But when you queue up to get into the away end they used to (and I presume still do) line you up against a wall, with a one deep line of coppers between the City fans and thousands of rags, with loads of insults and other stuff flying across. One time I fear there will be a surge of rag fans towards the City fans and a 1980s style disaster in the cards. In this day and age that kind of risk exposure is fucking pathetic.

Everything about that club is classless, them and the red dippers. And the way the media pander to them is fucking disgusting.

Actually I’ve just this week renewed my contract with BT and now I’m getting a load of SKY channels so I guess I’m now contributing whether I like it or not! Of course it doesn’t include SKY Sports but I have my ways! ;-)

As for my pension I’ve gotta save some for my funeral! Or maybe an 81st party seeing as we weren’t allowed gatherings for my 80th? Which do you think I should aim for? ;-). Do you think Dunnie and VK would come to a party? ;-)

Sure they would be delighted to attend for such a lovely Blue EB

So... don't give the genuine ones to City so we can give all the fake ones to the rags and dippers. Referees should apply the rules not achieve targets set by ...

we really do perfectly well on penalties awarded the past 10 years

What's your point? If an offence is committed by a defender in the penalty area a penalty should be awarded. Each referee does not have a quota of penalties to award. Gabby was clearly fouled and a penalty should have been awarded. Not seeing the foul on Jesus is as clear and obvious an error as there can be, and I think quite a few posters on here would be interested to know what you saw which constituted the referees reason not to give it. Perhaps you could also explain the relevance of the number of penalties given for and against us in the last ten years to the particular case of the penalty not awarded to City on Saturday.

My advice would be the biggest ever party when we win the CL.
I am sure we could sort a guest appearance Bernardo maybe.

your point was that shitloads of penalties last year and they all went to the rags - but we get plenty, some very soft ones at home imo.

lets just leave it then - i dont think it was an error that warranted overturning using VAR and you do.

You are 80 EB? One of the finest Blues of all time

Like all their fans a complete and utter knob.
I thought he’d already been outed and he’d agreed, he’s just some nerdy twat from Nottingham that doesn’t support the rags, spotted a market and set up as what he is now. Just shows what a sorry 600mil strong bunch of bandwagon, glory hunting freaks they really are.

Not sure but I'm sure Rooney would:-)

Sorry, respect to EB.

Read the post again. The point is that referees have to make decisions on the merits of each case. If that means 120 penalties a season then there can be no complaints. On Saturday there was no identifiable contact with the ball and certainly none which altered the course taken by the ball and the contact with Silva's boot counts as a second movement and is a foul anyway. VAR's failure to correct the clear and obvious error is thus a mystery which is reminiscent of the failure to spot or remedy the clear error in the Southampton game last season when Foden was flattened. Where the history comes in is also in the failure to give penalties to unfashionable clubs penalties while unjustifiable penalties have been awarded and confirmed for dives by Salah and non-fouls on rags. Going back to last Saturday tell us all what you didn't see, and when you didn't see it. And what the error was and why it did not warrant overturning.
