Suppose it could be a desperate attempt on their part to try to now save what little face these twats of clubs can now muster - if 18 clubs all reject it leaving 2 still completely for it then it would look even worse than it already is on Rags' and Dippers' part.

Complete PR fucking disaster but it has without a shadow of a doubt shown the Rags and Dippers owners for what they actually are.
