Not quite Phil Jones material yet tho

It's a joke isn't it?

If we bought RVP the headlines would be hideous to read yet they're all positive for United. Then we have the 'inflation in the market' which we and Chelsea are to blame for, yet United have spent more the last two seasons net spend. Fucking absurdity.

Wilfried is Z'ogbia mk2.

It's laughable how United fans and the media make out like they never spent money to achieve their success.

Again completely ignoring the inflation of transfer fees as United fans love to do since they were splashing out money in the 80s and 90s. Andy Cole, British transfer record at £7million. That'll get you half of Stephen Fletcher today. Also, put Rooney, Veron, and Ferdinand's transfers into an inflation calculator.

According to that inflation calculator thingy, the camel-gobbed one's fee is equivalent To £39 in today's money.

And that's not accounting for the rise in transfer fees in the last ten years.
Absolute steal at 39 quid.....

Oops!

I was sure I'd put the m after £39.

Never mind. I'm sure most of you worked out what I meant.

Tbf for 8 months after his missed drugs test 39 quid was over-priced...
