United (H) | PL | Post Match Thread

"This was men against boys... They got battered." - Stevie Nichols

"[Ten Hag's comments in the post-match presser] was like they were coming from a manager in the FA Cup... This was pathetic." - Dan Thomas

"Manchester City were miles better than Manchester United... Any manager can tell his players to stay back and defend in numbers... I just can't see how United thought they were ever a match for City." - Stewart Robson

Writing is on the wall for this bald headed twat

It’s not the money, it’s the recruitment. They have three people who are clueless all pretending to be DoF. But…..Omar will sort that, unfortunately.

In what way?

I struggle to see how one person can change an entire recruitment culture in a club resulting in them going from constantly signing over rated, over priced, over the hill big names, to making shrewd and effective signings who go on to be hugely successful for the club almost every time.

You're more or less saying he's been single handedly responsible for City's success both on and off the field.

Yesterday showed the true limitations of tent peg and just how crap united are.

At the very least, even with that squad of players there should have been now a different change in style of play and control which would be showing- but they havent and have just stagnated

Fantastic

omar really wont sort it, they are placing way to high hopes on that happening, omar was a cog in a machine where the sum of its parts was greater than any single piece, that one piece alone will not make the machine at the rags, ask yourself this when he was at city did any of us even know who he was apart from a few fleeting glimpses, no we didnt, the fact that the rags press machine has hyped him up doesnt make it into facts.

I disagree. Ten Hag does seem to have created a style of play, kick and run with a heavy dose of ‘shithousery’. A rich man’s Sheffield United. That’s how bad they are.

This is what the red media would have you believe because they're desperate for the rags to succeed.

Since Omar defected the media have hailed him as the second coming, the man who made City what they are today, and the answer to all of life's problems over Stretford way.

When he was at City I'd imagine not many of the United client journalists even knew the name Omar Berrada.

When the bloke from Newcastle finally joins the rags it'll be rinse and repeat with him as well.

Doss a shot the ball have to be 100% between the posts to be classed as on target?! I will say no! So in fact the rags had no shots on target!

Shout out to Mark Goldbridge who said Saka was world class and Foden wasn’t because Foden doesn’t grab games by the scruff off the neck and turn them around. Have a nice evening Brett you forest supporting copper ****
I don't know why people watch or quote that bloke. Hes as qualified as the next bloke in the pub, no more no less.
