United (H) | PL | Post Match Thread

We'd be bottom half without Haalands goals this season. The other attacking players offer no threat.
But that's because were set up to feed Haaland...he doesn't show for it = 0 ..zero... goal threat - we were so much better to watch pre Haaland..great 1 v 1 finisher (usually) but needs to play in a counter attaccking team and not us

New manager changes nothing....

Give Pep the chance to rebuild
You’re missing the point, we need new tactics, a different approach, whether that’s Pep I have my doubts. Football is the most evolving sport in the world, every other club know how we are going to play and that is our weak link.

Why? Try supporting them when they were in Division 2, the old Division 3. Our derbies were against the likes of Stockport, even Oldham then. Getting beat against that lot is horrible but we’ve had some great wins.
You’re right it was dire back then but this isn’t enjoyable either chum.

Embarrassingly emotional thread.

That last mad 5 minutes aside we were much the better side. That 5 minutes doesn’t happen and everyone’s buzzing saying we’ve steadied the ship etc.

You can’t blame Pep for Nunes being a **** for their first. You can’t blame Pep for no one putting pressure on the ball for a good 5 seconds before Martinez puts Amad in for the second. You can’t blame Pep for Ederson (again) making a complete **** of himself by rushing out when he had no chance of getting it,

Mad, ridiculous individual errors. That’s it. Fuck all to do with Pep.

I suggest some of you log off and sleep on it you sound like 6 year old girls.
Tbf you just described the absolute shit show we just witnessed, last five first five it happened. In fact you just about blamed everyone correctly. Except pep

I disagree.

Another manager would come in with his own style that he would be bound to and would also play players which are not ideally suited.

A new manager would not be selected without a system he wants to play being discussed.
Well, I disagree with you disagreeing to my disagreement. So let's just call it quits... :)

Im sorry that was truly unacceptable.

Just sat on the coach in a state of disbelief. Like watching 2 vets teams amble about and i thought we were marginally less shite than them… until the last 5 mins

nunes is like a competition winner. A wolves standard player (wolves are second from
Bottom) and that sort of pass back is a sign of a player out of his depth.
Guardiola did the right thing dropping ederson for liverpool and should have had the bollocks to stick with it.

Haaland is offering absolutely nothing. A waste of a shirt. An embarrassing amount of effort and movement. Sick of hearing he doesnt get the ball when he doesnt SHOW for the ball. Offers nothing at all

And what about pep? He is orchestrating relegation form at the mo. Questions have to be asked now. All good things come to an end and the top brass need to ask what the fucks going on within the dressing room, because something is up

Feel sick.

How?????
I hate to agree with any of this, but felt obliged to 'Like'.

I Knew Nunes wasn't good enough to take City forward on the day that he signed here, and today has only proved it, his careless negligence and recklessness cost us that game, and it was that equaliser that spurred United to go looking for the winner, when minutes earlier they had been looking frustrated, clueless, and were fast running out of options ..... a really poor winner from our point of view that Gvardiol should have made more of an effort to clear ... in fact the long hopeful punt through to Diallo in the first place should have been met, and cleared too!

City just so inffective in that second half, we barely looked like adding to the lead ..... Pep must be absolutely livid .... just another really disappointing day, and something has to give, because we're only heading in one direction right now, and it's not the one we'd choose!
