United (H) | PL | Post Match Thread

Pep was cautioning about player burn out, injuries and health risks 3 years ago.....but collectively the club didnt act inspite of an increasing game schedule !!

Forget the Squad is far too small and injuries happen I think Pep only agreeing 2 year deals does not help the club
it's been 4 years now the Club did not know what would happen until the summer transfer window closed

City now has to say, OK Pep you're not getting a rebuild and at best 2 or 3 panic buys to try and save the season and get top 4, then summer 25 you're not getting a rebuild unless you sign a new 3-year deal taking it up to 4 years

After all he's given us Pep deserves the chance to rebuild this team. We have some players who have become too old. We have some players that aren't good enough but I trust him yo rebuild us and win another title before he leaves.

On another point, Kyle Walker throwing himself on the floor was just embarrassing. Disgrace of a captain.

I can't even be arsed to dig Nunes out I have no idea why our left back was even trading passes with our right back on the right touchline with 5 minutes to go. Squad is just mentally and physically shagged in every aspect. We are desperate for January and new faces, can't see us getting fuckall at Villa but hopefully we can beat fucking Everton at least and try to stop the bleeding with a fucking DM and some full backs.

Well that one sucked. Had the game. Nunes with the hospital ball and then the insult. He knew it. We had the game. Didn't close. Seems to be the mantra. Ederson, KDB, Bernardo, Gundo are all off it. I don't think Gundogan played poorly but we have no midfield. KDB offered nothing to Haaland. Ederson had a good save but seemed off it on the 2nd goal. I don't know boys. Right now there is no confidence. No mentality. No urgency. And after today, probably not a whole lot of trust amongst the players. Support the Club.

But can you blame him. He's simply stopped making the run because it's a waste of energy for him. Not to be a complete arse, but in 2 years he's banging them in for someone else and we're wondering what the fuck went wrong.
Well yes i absolutely can blame him. Hes a professional. Hes highly paid. In no job should someone down tools, which i think he has. Its pretty unacceptable behaviour dont you think.

Tell you what he could do .. he could bust a gut to try and help get us out this Massive hole, rather than be marked out of a game by harry fuckin maguire.

Because whilst hes given up, hes part of the problem

He wasn’t solely to blame…
After gundos interview against Juve, talking about mistakes, nunes and his mistake epitomised was gundo said, we’ve lost our heads after a needless mistake and went on to lose the game. Unfortunately it is on nunes, we needed cool heads in the closing minutes and this is whats lacking from this side. In previous we’ve seen games out but we’re falling apart with players who aren’t up to standard and nunes is one of them.
