United fans were really poor today. I know they didn't have much to sing about because they were dogshit. But, walking out at half time, deary me. When they scored their 2nd, some of their fans in the top tier never moved or celebrated. Just stood in shock that they had been well battered and got gifted a couple of late consolation goals. The score flattered them and they know! They are nowhere near our quality. Ferdinand said they were dismantled. I could think of better adjectives! Never felt more like singing the blues....

I came away disappointed.

They were there for seven or eight without reply.

Thought Pep was very smart, the way we essentially gave up the midfield and overloaded the flanks.

The last time I saw that was in the Champions League second leg defeat to Liverpool, we gave them a chasing too.

Gundo, Bernie and Kev all made up the triangle with the wide players and full-backs.

Well done Phil and Erling, terrorised them. Akanji, excellent.

Minor irritations, Cancelo so sloppy, Eddie terrible with the clipped ball to the full-back he put out of play every time.

But we played our fourth and fifth choice centre backs, bought a young left back on, switched cancelo from left to right, we were missing our defensive midfielder and back up
We absolutely leathered them

They are now back in their box.
And arsenal know by the time they play the dippers next week they will be second

The fact we turned it into a 2nd half draw flatters these twats which goes against the laws of nature.

They should have been six or seven down by HT. Their first goal was ok and would have been nice had Bernardo scored it but the last two were the only other way they get on the scoresheet today - a couple of gifts.

Correct Franny at the swamp December 1970 in a 4-1 was the last City player to score a hat trick until the Viking today , Phil then became the first for 9 minutes!!!
