In comparison my mate who was a manager at silent Nights beds, was made redundant a few weeks ago after working for them from nearly 25 years.

He was told of the decision on a friday afternoon. He was told to report to the front gate on the Monday morning where he was met by staff, escorted to his office. He cleared his desk and then was shown off the premises, he is currently trying to come to an agreement with them over a settlement package, he is still employed by them for at least 12 weeks more and is currently on gardening leave.

As soon as the manager announced he would not be the manager next season we should have stood him down as first team coach and appointed an intrim manager like both Chelsea and Newcastle have done.

I have never wanted a season to end as much as I do this.

Boggles the mind. Hart feigned several kicks/passes up field before passing it to a fairly open Demi, who dwaddled on the ball under no pressure, then sent an incredibly under hit back pass to Hart when mild pressure was applied. Demi could have just as easily played it back to Hart earlier or kicked it upfield to a winger.

Blaming Hart for that bad decision and/or calling him a bad team player is beyond understanding.

It's the owners fault. They chose to keep him. He should have been sacked after Burnley last year but his arse lickers on here would have none of it and some still defend the useless twat. I suspect it was MP who wanted to announce his replacement against the clubs wishes, he should have been moved on straight away.
I can understand his pride but how has the club allowed this to continue and deteriate.

I thought we played ok, 26 attempts at goal but unfortunately not too many on target. Sergio ripped Smalling a new arsehole but he got MOM? I suppose because Serg didn't score. I have been saying all week that if we play MDM Rashford or Martial will tear him to bits. I would've played Sagna at CB with Otamendi or Mangala & Zabba at rightback. Anyway not only did he cost us the goal & should've gave them a pen he's put Joe in Hospital. Pellers said he was nervous???????? what!!!! On the positive side Dinho might be Peps new CB, he done the same with Mascherrano.
