A bloke at my work has not missed a united home game since 1968 he sits in the north stand now known as the sir alex ferguson stand and he wants to move seats to the stretford end as he hasnt liked ferguson since all the takeover rock of gilbralta stuff
The club say they wont allow him to move as there is nowhere for him to go
he say bollocks as your sending leaflets out as you cant sell he has the money there waiting but doesnt want to sit in that stand
the club are not arsed so he has fucked them off after 44 years ..........................3 days after the renewal deadline he got a phone call asking would he renew in the stretford end

They should fuck the bolshy **** off. Fancy not liking Alex Ferguson.

Re: United thread 2011/12

in the pub last week we were discussing the rags season ticket plight and we all hought it would be a great idea to ask the rags for a season ticket pack

if every City fan did this and just bin it when it arrives through the post then ignore all subsequent calls letters and texts it would cost the rags £1000's if not more

we then extented the idea by saying we would register and rags we know who have always said they can't get tickets

with a concerted effort we could cost the rags a fortune that they canill afford to spend

I posted in off topic a couple of weeks ago that I am a working class man trapped in a middle class body.

That remains the case!

United files with US government to list shares on the New York Stock Exchange

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1549107/000104746912007026/a2210109zf-1.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/ ... 09zf-1.htm</a>

Can someone explain this as simply as possible, are the rags going to have more money to spend again if this goes through? :/

They issue more shares and if these aren't taken up then the Banks which underwrite the deal take them up so utd will get their $100m. Who knows what they will do with the monies raised.
