I remember watching this game and feeling a sense of despair overcome me as united seemed to be inevitably pulling away from us. Their fans were particularly triumphalist that evening. I don't think I've ever hated them more than that night. They seemed to spend most of the game singing about us, the fucking bitter, obsessed bastards that they are.

What a bunch of graceless fuckers they are.

My personal favourite video is the one at Blackburn "City's cracking up".

Pure bliss, always wounds up the rags too, clueless fuckwits.

I had some rag 'mate' (nice guy til he turns on the red shite then I want to kick his head in - typical plastic armchair originally from Bramhall now lives in Jersey, met him at Salford College years ago)

Him - Football is dead now you can just buy the league.

Him - You Chelsea and Blackburn all bought it.
Me - and you didn't?
Him - we bring players through the ranks
Me - I pointed out the money spent on Rooney, Wio, Carrick, Jones, De Gea etc etc etc
Him -But they play for us cos of our history and appeal not cos we pay them extortionate wages.
Me - So your players play for free then do they? Talk to me about Rooney threatening to leave unless you made him earn more than any other player in the league.
Him - You city fans just don't get it.
Me - You do realise I have seen City play at Old Trafford more times than you have seen United play at Old Trafford don't you?
Him - Silence.
Me - Fuck off rag.

Glazers ' leverage buyout are the worst thing that ever happened to them. They are in the "value for money" market. Cannot go out and get the world class players.

I think Rooney should have really left when he threatened to do so. His career has stagnated there.
