Similar for me. I took myself upstairs around the 75th minute as I couldn't face watching the rest. After what seemed like an eternity, I turned the TV on in my room and stoppage time had just started in both matches - we were winning and they were losing.

I got my scarf and flag ready to celebrate. Then they equalised, our match finished, I switched over to their match and just as I did.......that goal happened

Two rags I know, each in their own house were watching the end of the rags game at Sunderland on Sky TV, and were keeping in touch on their mobile phones when one said, "I'll just see what's happening in the other game."
A couple of seconds silence, then, "Fucking hell!!! Nooooooooooo!!! The other switched over quickly just in time to see Aguero running around swinging his shirt around his head. Bliss. Sheer bliss.

Re: United thread 2012/13.

Have u heard the new rag advert for their season tickets on radio, "I was there for this, I was there for that." but suprisingly it doesn't say "I wasn't there when Dzeko made it six as I was already at Piccadilly on my way home"

So it isn't a Bluemoon wind up, they definitely have season tickets on open sale?

Re: United thread 2012/13.

Heard that advert on key 103 this morning as well. Fucking hell what an embarrasement they are. I noticed the usual 'can't get a ticket' rag mob didn't seem to hear it!

Re: United thread 2012/13.

More the fact they so conveniently airbrush out the parts of their history they don't like for me, not even as if they mentioned stuff from the past as taggarts 25 yrs & 8-2 was mentioned, couldn't care if they sell out or not as it seems to be all they want to talk about these days, funny that!
