The bottom line is that I want to win trophies with Arsenal, not with anybody else. I know you can win trophies in many countries and in many ways, but I want to do that in our way and in an Arsenal shirt.

So by this logic rvp was paid more than 220k/week and less than 300k/week in arsenal? He took wage cut to join mufc? How noble!

I heard we offered Van Persie £2 million a week, a free 25 bedroom mansion, his own island in the Indian Ocean, Kelly Brooks' telephone number, 4 Aston Martins and 72 confirmed virgins.

But no he signs for them lot, plays for free plus does voluntary work for the numerous local afflicted.

Why do people post shit like this without knowing the full details. The deal wasn't just the above, it included 750ft high, 18 carat, solid gold statue of his likeness to be erected in his garden that would be open to season card holders to go and worship at.
