It's definitely gone before UEFA along with the Etihad sponsorship deal.
Putting the related excuse to one side, it's obvious this sponsorship deal is ridiculous.(I sound like a Rag moaning about the Etihad sponsorship deal)
£150 million for pitches( a training ground) that aren't accessible to the media or the general public. How many times do you see Carrington in the media?
But if they're not related parties under international accounting rules, they can't do anything and there's nothing to investigate. I don't see what there is to go before UEFA. The fair value rule isn't relevant unless they're related parties.
Related, international accounting rules or not, UEFA have called it in.
Obviously they'd like to know how and why United are Getting £150 million in sponsorship money for a training ground. It makes the infamous Real Madrid training ground sale to the Madrid Council look legit.
