Blues on this forum seem to think that there is a delay in the rags signing Mata and hope it indicates something more sinister but look at it another way, they are not desperate to register him by todays (Friday) deadline for a match tomorrow. If it is not done and dusted by Monday for the Tuesday game against the Taffys then I would be rubbing my hands.
