Anyone see the bmrising video on Twitter? I'm starting to think that di Maria might not be too popular amongst the raggies after this speculation....

Andy Cole has told Manchester United that they should “be cheeky” and bid for Sergio Aguero instead of chasing Harry Kane.

The former United striker said that the £40 million the Tottenham forward would cost represents a gamble compared with the proven talent they could acquire for £60 million.

"Luis Suarez went for around £60m last summer, so I'd be putting another £20m on top [of the reported Kane fee] and try to find a top, top striker,” Cole told Sports Mole. “What I'd do, I'd be cheeky and bid £60m for Sergio Aguero, just like Manchester City did with Wayne Rooney a few years ago."

Wah haaa haaa that has cheered me up :)

That's actually a really good fee for a goalkeeper with a year left on his contract, even in today's transfer market. It's just that the rags friends in the media have spent a season telling everyone he's worth Bale money and people have started to believe them. Especially the vermin. Giddy fuckers.
I was lead to believe he was their saviour last season voted the rags player of the Year and voted Players Player of the Year and he's going for 13mill, even with only one year left on his contract this is funny and if that's the fee they recieve for their best player then happy days..

Haha its so funny that MASSIVE man ure get there top players taken off them for peanuts from madrid where as LITTLE city just tell them to fuck off!

Thing is, I reckon De Gea for a season is worth £13m to United, so that's why , coupled with the fact that they wont want to be bent over a barrel by Madrid (unless they can get a player the other way), I don't think they'll sell him for that much.

Given Madrid's potential transfer ban, if they want him they need him now. I think that's why nothing has been agreed yet.

Depends on his wages, he can buy himself out for around £5m if the rags drag their heels and he's set on leaving afaik.

Getting the replacement in last season has kind of shown there hand a bit. Can I see Valdes and DDG both at the rags next season, I doubt it. When you look at all the possible options a move to RM this summer is the best option all round (and I am excluding DDG signing a new Utd contract as it won’t happen).
